Creative Arts Scholarship

In September 2021 we launched the Year 7 Creative Arts Scholarship Programme. The aim of this programme is to foster talent within the creative/performing arts and provide pupils with a range of cultural experiences throughout the academic year.

This programme will be open for all Year 7 pupils to apply for one of thirty places. Pupils are selected in the first term starting at the Academy. 

The selected group of pupils will be provided with a range of different cultural experiences, exposing them to different disciplines such as art, dance, music and drama.  

Pupils will be taken on educational trips both locally and nationally, as well as, being provided with in-house workshops from external industry professionals throughout the year.  All costs will be covered by the academy with an investment of £750 per pupil. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for any pupil who has a passion for the creative arts and would like to have a future career in the creative industries.
