Care and Well-being

• The Academy will have a broadly Christian ethos with high expectations of behaviour and attainment;
  
  
• pupils will be looked after within eight small House units;
  tutors will keep in regular contact with parents;
  
  
• toilet attendants will ensure that toilets are clean, safe and welcoming;
  
  
• older pupils will be trained to care for and to support younger pupils;
  
  
• sport, music, drama, dance and extra curricular activities will provide a major component of the school week, with coaching available from professionals in each field.
